Project Questionnaire

Begin your remodeling adventure with our straightforward online questionnaire. This step allows us to gather initial information about your project, helping us determine how we can best serve your needs. You’ll quickly receive a link to the questionnaire after contacting us reaching out to us, setting the stage for a personalized consultation.

Project Exploration Bundle

Our Project Exploration Bundle involves a couple of in-depth steps tailored to your project. We charge between $150 and $350 based on your project's scope and location, and here’s what it entails:

Initial Consultation: We meet at your home to delve into your project ideas and understand your vision.
Follow-Up Meeting & Estimated Construction Cost Range: We reconvene to review your project's Estimated Construction Cost Range (an initial financial picture of where costs could fall), address any questions, and share what next steps look like, ensuring transparency from the start.

These steps are crucial for aligning expectations and setting a foundation for the detailed planning to follow.

Pre-Construction

Pre-Construction is a critical phase where we charge a fee of $3,500 to $9,000+ depending on project scope, 50% of which is applicable towards construction costs. This step can take anywhere from 2 - 6+ months depending on the project's scope, and includes:

Structural, Functional, & Aesthetic Design: We establish your project's structural details and design direction.
Project Budgeting & Execution Planning: We define every element of the project, from a buildability AND budget standpoint, ensuring no detail is overlooked.

This step solidifies the project’s roadmap, setting a clear path for construction.

Approvals

In the approvals stage, we finalize the project scope, cost estimates, and sign off on the contract. We also manage the procurement of all necessary permits, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met. This process typically takes 2-4 weeks and is vital for a smooth transition to construction.

Active Construction

The physical construction of your project begins here, where we transform plans into reality. We manage all aspects of construction, ensuring adherence to the agreed timeline and budget. Payment for construction is structured through biweekly installments based on progress completed. Your project's construction costs (budget) will be determined during Pre-Construction.

Warranty

After completion, we back our work with a one-year warranty, providing peace of mind and ensuring that your new space remains functional and beautiful long after the project ends. This commitment underscores our dedication to quality and customer satisfaction.
